The Farmers Market

Every Sunday from 10 am until 2 pm, the Abode runs a booth at the New Lebanon Farmer’s Market, at the Mid-Town Mall, on Rte 20. The New Lebanon Farmer’s market was started in 2010 and had a very successful first season lasting until Oct. 31.  The market includes live performances by local musicians and a children’s activity and play area.   Liz and Wali McIlvaine, and Suzanne Strongheart are there each week with maple products, baked goods, and small handbags.  The Abode farm sells some of its seasonal produce and SOI books and CDs were offered for sale.  Mountain Road School and Flying Deer Nature Center have also had a presence at the market.  Please stop by and see us if you are in the New Lebanon area on a Sunday.
