Booking Healing Arts and Bodywork for your Event

There are many independent health practitioners who offer healing services on Abode premises for a fee.  They are listed below.  Please contact them directly if you wish to inquire about their services or want to make an appointment.  If your whole group would like to book  bodywork services for your program, please call the Programs Manager to set up this service for you at 518-794-8090 ext 115.

WiFi
The Abode is equipped with Wifi.  Some areas of the Abode have better reception than others, and to make it more accessible, our Meditation Hall is equipped with a hardwire access to the internet.  The mountain has no WiFi or internet access.

Audio Visual equipment at the Abode
The Meditation Hall at the Abode is equipped with a sound system, two wireless microphones, a CD player, a cassette tape player, an Ipod hook up, a twelve channels mixer (for musical instruments), and four speakers. In addition to these, we have a projector that hooks to all PCs and most Macs, and a screen to project images.

Special Requests
The Abode has been hosting all kinds of events, programs and retreats.  We offer individualized customer service to best accommodate your type of event. We have hosted weddings, can provide bonfires, create special meal spaces, offer guided hikes, yoga classes, special time schedules, etc.  If a special requests goes beyond our capacities, we work with several local, nearby organizations for joint use of their facilities.  For example, when a group needs a large playing field, or an auditorium that can seat more than our meditation hall, we can provide one.  Tell us your needs and we will make it work for you.
