Cancellation Policies

If a licensee terminates an agreement without using the facilities more than 120 days prior to the first day of the event, the licensee’s deposit will be refunded less a $500 cancellation fee.

If the licensee terminates the agreement less than 120 days before the first day of the event, the entire deposit is non-refundable. The deposit can be applied to a rescheduled event by the same event  leader or program if the new program or event is within one year of the original program date.

The licensee must notify the ABODE of the desire to terminate an agreement in writing via e-mail (programsoffice@theabode.net) or via regular mail, Attn. Program Manager, The Abode of the Message, 5 Abode Rd, New Lebanon NY 12125
