Rental Programs

Group Minimums:  For all groups the guaranteed minimum is 25 people at shared accommodation rates of $90 per person per night 

Room and Board Prices:

Shared rooms are $90 per person per night and have either two or three people per room on twin size beds and include all meals, snacks, all day tea and linens. Coffee is served with breakfast and mid-morning snack.

Single rooms are $110 per person per night and have either a queen or full size bed and include all meals, snacks, all day tea and linens. Coffee is served with breakfast and mid-morning snack.

Commuter rates for programs are $45 per person per day and includes breakfast, lunch and dinner and all day tea, as well as mid-morning snack. Coffee is served with breakfast and mid-morning snack. There are no reductions in this price for people not coming to a meal or meals.

Dorm rooms are occasionally but not always available at a price of $70 per person per night on twin size beds and include all meals, snacks, all day tea and linens. Dorms are single gender and have six beds per room. Coffee is served with breakfast and mid-morning snack.

All bathrooms are in the hall and shared.

Children four and under are free.

Space Use Prices:

The Meditation Hall is the main meeting space on the lower campus. It has stacks of chairs as well as benches, back jacks and cushions that can be used.  It also has a grand piano. There are area rugs partly covering a wooden floor.  The meditation hall is set up with a PA and sound system. Use of the meditation hall is reserved for Universal Service on Sunday from 10:15am to 12:00 unless the program group is 35 or larger.  When there are large groups renting it, the Universal Worship Service is moved to another location. It is approximately 56’ x 24’ (1356 sq. ft.). It rents for $175 per day or $35 per hour. 

The Conference Room is a comfortable space with couches, stuffed chairs and a rugged floor.  It is approximately 22’ x 16’ (352 sq. ft.). It rents for $75 per day or $20 per hour.

The Library is a larger space than the conference room and is arranged in two meeting areas with couches and comfortable chairs. The overall size of the room is 20’ x 36’.  The first area is approximately 20’ x 24’ with chairs and couches arranged around the edges.  The second space measures approximately 11’ x 12’ with chairs in a circle. There is also a table for four in the room. There are rugs on the floor.  This room is a good room for wireless internet.  It rents for $75 per day or $20 per hour. Hours of use are limited from 8am to 10pm.

The Family Room is an empty space with wooden floor and is approximately 33’ x 15’ (495 sq. ft.). This room has limited access during the school year, as it is used as a school space by Mountain Road School located on our campus.  There is a TV  with DVD and VHS players in the room. It rents for $75 per day or $20 per hour. 

Groups requiring more break out spaces should contact the Programs Manager for availability. Groups using multiple spaces for their programs may be eligible for package deals and should contact the Programs Manager for package prices.
