Shuttle Information

The Abode is not accessible via public transportation.The Abode offers a shuttle service to and from Albany, New York and Pittsfield, Massachusetts, which are reachable by public transportation.

   The following are shuttle rates, one way, per person (unless otherwise indicated):                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                 

 Albany International Airport:

 1 person: $65

 2 people: $55

 3 or more people: $45

Albany Rensselaer Train Station (Amtrak and Megabus):

1 person: $50

2 people: $45

3 or more people: $40

** Please request a shuttle at least 48 hours in advance, as we cannot guarantee a shuttle with less than 48 hours notice.

*** Please note: There will be an additional surcharge for late night shuttles and early morning shuttles.

**** Special rates apply for certain programs. 

Cancellation Policy - Reserved shuttles may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations after that time will be charged the full shuttle fee for the original destination (for example, if you had a reserved shuttle going from the Abode of the Message to the Albany airport on a Tuesday morning and you cancel your shuttle on Monday evening, you will be charged the full $65.00 fee)

If you cancel your workshop or event with the programs office please cancel your reserved shuttle separately, either with Imam Salim or your appointed shuttle driver if you already have the phone number.
