Every Friday 8:30 AM -9:30 AM - Meditation Hall

Join us for a new program that we will hold every Friday, rotating its intentions and teachers. This is a free community event, to start off our Fridays with thoughtfulness and positivity towards the day and our bodies.

Here are the upcoming Friday Morning Practices:

August 22nd - Chanting with Arif and Amina

August 29th - Self Reiki and gentle Yoga with Amina.

September 5th - chanting with Arif and Amina

September 12th - 30 min silent Meditation followed by Yoga with Sarah Latifa 

September 19th - gentle yoga and  self Reiki with Amina 

September 26th - yoga with Sarah Latifa
