I became a massage therapist while farming at the Abode, so cultivating the land and cultivating care are hand-in-hand for me. Life being like our channery loam soils here (full of rocks, yet also mineral-rich), we all need time and space for healing and growth and a gentle place to land sometimes. Here, listen to the sounds of this ancient, toppled, life-supporting mountain, and come back home to your body.

Adriana Szyda, Licensed Massage Therapist
Adriana customizes each session to support relaxation, pain relief, improved circulation, and the body’s natural healing response. Educated in Poland, Germany, and the U.S., she graduated from the Swedish Massage Institute in 1995. With advanced training from the Upledger Institute and other respected healing centers, she brings decades of experience and a compassionate, intuitive approach to personalized wellness.
