Join us for an evening of Sufi practice focusing on healing and renewal. This will include two guided breathing practices: one with a focus on the elements, encouraging us to tune into our local natural environment, and one with a focus on developing and increasing our healing capacity. We will learn about aligning our own personal nature with the qualities which can be observed in the natural world to foster renewal and well being.
This meditation class will be lead by Taj Martel who has been practicing Sufi meditation for over 50 years. She has studied Healing with and been inspired by Pir Vilayat Inayat Khan, Ven. Dhyani Yawahoo, Himayat Inayati, Melissa Clare, and Dr. Michael Shaffer. She served the Sufi healing tradition as the healing conductor to the New England region during the 20’teens.
“For the Sufis, the power that moves the universe is love. “
