You’ll learn how to prepare and use all-natural ingredients for a nourishing foot bath, exploring their benefits and how they support relaxation and grounding. From there, the focus shifts to facial care, where you’ll be taught practical techniques and gentle methods to nourish your skin and care for your face in a mindful, accessible way.
At the end of the workshop, you’ll go home with a facial treatment and clear guidance on how to use it, so you can repeat the practice again and again after the event.
