Why Aramaic? It is the language that Jesus spoke, anything that Jesus (Yeshua in Aramaic) said was in Aramaic.  Through the work of Neil Douglas-Klotz, we can experience a fresh, healing, life affirming breath, without the dualism and patriarchy that some of us may have experienced previously.  Delving into the meanings, using the words as chants, songs, body prayers, dances becomes a deep life affirming practice.
